If a person knowingly to an already existing condition, at their request, they are essentially trying to cheat the insurance company. Ultimately, this means that each ultimately pay higher insurance premiums because of it. I am the insurance company has the right to examine this issue and cancel if they have a policy that the client will find their application, forged.

However, I am very concerned about this pressure to prove that the client has lied on their applications simply because the costs are paid for the treatment of very high concerned. The survey should ideally be treated by a disinterested third party. Or at least someone who had canceled their policies, should have the option of the decision of a disinterested third party be brought. How do they find such a party? I hate to think that the enlargement of the size of government, but I do not know who else could be fair and impartial.

So the bottom line, I must say that I think the insurance company has the right to do that, but I am sure that the process is fair and honest is essential.
