Uninsured car accident – the process and your rights

In: Car Insurance

Remember, you can always call the police, even after three days of the accident. Many officers ticket of the person you meet, if they can not prove they had an insurance business. Many drivers have uninsured insurance cards or inactive on the wrong foot and they are often not only stupid but also the police. It is always a good idea to call the insurance claim and check whether the person you meet has a policy and the insurance covers your accident. If confirmed, that there is no coverage, then notify the police immediately.

In the scene offender will tell you to move the car off the road. They will tell you that you are blocking traffic or is it the safest thing to do. You know you have the vehicle destroyed in the rule, critical information and whether the police are present, not just your story. If there is no real evidence for the person who caused the accident, can not call the police, a driver on the other (they ticket anyone know if there are witnesses).
