question for a friend about auto insurance claim?
29 Apr 2010they got rear ended 6 mths ago.. all went to the ER for back prob..then they went to a charopracter .. and they all got diag with soft tiss dam and mucle spazims..one adults pelvis was tilted..one person had massage and phisical thereapy for 2 mths..and the 2nd adult went to only one massage therepy..and the 3rd a child was done getting treatment 1st..
the 1st adult just finished, there trying to offer both adults the same amount $$$ even though she went for 2 mths longer and had more treatment..does that sound right??? ins lady says there was a cap..is that true?
i know this is not an econ question..but there wasnt cat. for legal questions.. thought econ was the closest thing..?????
