The doctors had to take an X-ray and do some other tests that we cannot afford, he also has numerous heart health problems and extremely high blood pressure: 205/117 to be exact, so any advice on social security measures that we could take would be appreciated. He also has had multiple surgeries on both his rotator cuffs and can no longer work.

I’m really sorry to hear that your dad’s health. I think since he is having financial difficulties he may qualify for an emergency medi-cal. you would go through the local assistance office such as a welfare office. depending where you are I would just google emergency financial medical assistance and look for things in your area. good luck!!!

Call your local goverment health department, see if they could help your father and you. Some public hospitals have to take all patients regardless of if the patient has no health insurance. I know USC medical center down in east LA is the one! Good Luck, may god bless people who has no health insurance and needs care!!!

Try the county hospital, tell them you have no insurance and little money, they might have a plan for you. Pneumonia is caused from not taking care of yourself. Losing weight helps control high blood pressure a lot.
