Is it really in the health care bill to put people in jail just because they don’t have insurance?

My parents can’t afford health insurance, if that part of the bill passes could they really be put in prison eventually? Is it really true that they plan to tax glucose monitoring supplies 40%? Isn’t that defeating the whole purpose?

Look at it this way! IF they start throwing people into jail! at least THEY will be responsible for taking care of you!! Frankly, these guys are nuts! They are the ones who NEED medical help!!! There will be so many law suits against the Government for voilating the Constitution, this country will come to a stand still!! The government would be spending all their money on building facilities to hold all the offenders! Maybe THAT’s what Obama meant by creating jobs!! They can pass all the laws they want to, but it doesn’t mean they can actually prosecute anyone!!! They would have to take you to court, NOT just up and throw you in jail!!! Read your Constitution!!!
