No, you should see an accident lawyer who specializes in spinal cord injuries. They will have access to other cases for comparitive purposes.

Bruised vs long term damage. Big difference and standard. Normally a injury attorney charges 30% for a no court settlement and 40% if they go to court. Factor that in. Broken bones, injuries that require surgery, and permanent injuries do demand higher payments for settlements. Minor yet recoverable inuries with some pain or suffering do not. The commment bruised spinal cord can mean little unless it caused continuing or permanent damage.

yes alot of money, sit in a wheel chair and get a neck brace and all that stuff and u get alot in a settlement
