Car insurance and criminal charges?

In: Car Insurance

I recently took my car worked without permission. I ended up wrecking the car and the one I fell worse. Long story short, my fiance, the car is already repaired and paid for by his insurance company. Here’s the kicker, I without a license (not suspended) justdidn’tt they get started yet. I have a quote in the mail by the police for driving without a license if the police are known.

Tonight, insurance company and they want to meet to discuss the accident. Then press the insurance any kind of accusations against me, if she refuses?

We have the impression that car insurance covers the car to be insured, not only the driver list. The vehicle is insured 100% full and is in the same company for 12 years without ever were to lodge a complaint or an accident. If they try to bring against me they have every reason to do such a thing?
