I wish I could help you….but it is illegal for an adult to help a minor run away.
I wish you would rethink running away now….please be patient and have your baby…..your foster parents can help give you all it needs for now….there is lots of time, and once you turn 18, you can get married, and live a good life, without looking over your shoulder, and it will be legal. It may seem like forever, but please hang in there, and do not make irrational decisions…think of your poor baby on the run…..its just a few months….in some states (like here in Tennessee) you are automatically emancipated when you give birth.
.
Once you get your money for your settlement….you will be in perfect shape….you can marry, and provide for your unborn. Just think, do you want your child to have to face a life, like it sounds you have had to deal with….or do you want it to live a comfortable settled life with love and peace???
You can apply for medi-cal in any state that you live in.
It will not be California Medi-cal. It will be Medi-cal in the state where you now live. And, what kind of financial aid do you need? Welfare?
You should go home where you can get some help. In California there are lots and lots of services. Go home.
You can apply for medicaid in whatever state you are now in. Whether or not you will qualify for financial aid depends on the state you go to and what they have available. Google your state + medicaid to find the site.
