any bad experience with ameriprise auto insurance claims?
6 Apr 2010I was thinking to switch from State Farm because of the price , but I found there are some people on the internet said that Ameriprise did not pay their auto insurance claims.
anyone had that same problem?

In most states Ameriprise sells insurance under the names IDS or American Express. In Missouri and New York, two of the states I am familiar with, they are one of the top rated companies with very few complaints.

The best way to check on an insurance company is to find their ratings at either AM Best co. or JD Powers co. They are both insurance raters
